The hotel took a bit of finding but that could be because our satnav is about 4 years out of date! There is, however, plenty of free parking all around the hotel and there's a lift from the pavement to reception for taking luggage in as there are steps to the front door. The reception staff were reasonably friendly and the room was a decent size with a balcony and a view of the river. The room was typically Sercotel (a bit like a higher standard Premier Inn) with standard lay-outs and furnishings. The bed and pillows were good and the aircon was also good, which was definitely a bonus during the heatwave.

Very centrally located in town. Staff very polite on reception, speaking many languages. Room was clean and very comfortable. We booked a double room, but 2 single beds was pushed together. Our room was across from a bar that stayed open til the late hours but with the windows closed, couldn't hear a thing. Didnt have the breakfast so can't comment.

Location is perfect for central Badajoz. Exceptionally kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Spacious rooms with superb terrace and views depending on room choice. Good wifi.

I noticed two great points during my stay: 1. The floor of the room was extremely clean. I stayed with my baby, so I wiped the floor just to be sure, but there was no dust at all. I was very satisfied. 2. The hotel has a private parking space that costs €15 per night, which is quite affordable. Plus, there’s free parking available in front of the hotel. This hotel is very car-friendly.

The staff was helpfull most of the times and acceptable, tolerant of us. The city is a wonderfull footwallk location, everything is at 15 minutes distance or less. It was not pricy and we could see most of the city in 5 days, there's plenty to experience and live there and the Hotel was on the perfect location to be our "home" base. Despite looking conservative it is a very tolerant and gay friendly city.

Hotel staff were lovely and the room was a good size. The balcony was nice and there was a good view of the park opposite and the river. It was close to several bars and restaurants. It was a comfortable place to stay.

We stayed only for one night on a Sunday when most places were closed as part of a longer road trip. The rooms were comfortable and water hot. Food very good. Can't comment on location as we arrived lateish and left very early before breakfast

Everything!! It is a beautiful, comfortable and well located hotel. The room was very clean! The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast… was the best!!! Variety of fruits, juices, breads… the yogurt was delicious. There was something for every taste. If I am around the area again. I am definitely staying in there.

Very good room: good size, comfortable beds and an excellent shower. Our continental breakfast was fairly standard for a 4* hotel. Staff were really helpful - we wanted to charge our EV at one of the Tesla chargers in the secure underground garage but someone had parked their diesel car in one of the spaces. The receptionist worked out who it was and asked him to move it for us (which he did). €15 to park and charge was exceptional value. We were also able to leave the car in the garage the following morning while we walked round Badajoz.
